UAE Weather Today will be partly cloudy and fair across most of the UAE, with temperatures rising again in the afternoon. Inland regions may experience maximum temperatures of up to 47°C, while coastal cities are expected to be slightly cooler with little to no cloud cover, the National Center of Meteorology (NCM) said.
Light to moderate southwesterly to northwesterly winds of 10-25 km/h, with occasional sharp increases to 40 km/h in exposed areas, may be experienced by residents. The winds could cause blowing dust at some locations in the East and inland; however, visibility is not expected to be greatly impacted. In the Arabian Gulf, sea conditions are expected to be slight to moderate, and in the Oman Sea, slight.
Humidity will rise overnight and throughout the early morning, especially in coastal areas. The extra moisture will be present during the night, but dry and hot conditions will prevail during the day in most areas. Officials are still urging everyone to drink plenty of water, not go outside too long during the hottest part of the day, and pay close attention to weather forecasts.
Temperature Outlook Across the UAE
UAE Weather Today reports that the inland areas are likely to be the hottest, with temperatures hitting 47°C, while some major cities like Dubai and Abu Dhabi will have highs of 39–41°C, which is comparatively cooler than the rest of the country. Mountain areas will have comparatively cooler temperatures with highs in the vicinity of 39°C. Forecasts call for the predominance of sunny, hot summer weather with only scattered clouds in the eastern parts over the next several days. Residents are encouraged to plan outdoor activities during the cooler parts of the day and/or night.
